But (‘cause there’s always a butt), are we paying too much for what is essentially a box of plastic filled with a few circuits and wires? Or are we privileged to be getting the greatest Next-Gen console available for such a small price? After all, its nearest Next-Gen competitor is £150 more expensive. I am, of course, referring to Microsoft’s X-Box. If you’re wondering why I’m not mentioning Sony’s Playstation 2, it is because I do not consider it to be Next-Gen nor a competitor!
And another thing, as Mr Myamoto pointed out, are the X-Box and PS2’s console, or multi-media set tops?

Xbox and Gamecube have different target audiences really, should co exist well, the xbox Vs Ps2 battle is looking, interesting.
