"Video gaming may seem like a harmless activity for the young to engage in at first look, but a deeper understanding of it has made us aware of the danger of video-games on the minds and bodies of the young.
A vieo-game related accident has left Ray Diation, 13, partially sighted, when his eyes were broken playing Silent Hill 2. The game contains such horrors that his left eye-ball is thought to have cracked in two places. When asked about the accident his only response is a whispered purr.
Another game that has left players in an unfortunate state is Grand Theft Auto 3. This disgusting game puts you in the body of a criminal, Hell-bent on the destruction of 'Liberty City'. And the minds of the young. Aled Jones only played the game for two minutes, but it caused his voice to break, and has ruined his career.
The young are not the only ones that can be corrupted by games, unfortunately. Winona Ryder was recently cought shop-lifting, and it's strongly rumoured that she was 'high on games' at the time. The 3am girls know all about such dangers. "We knew that Winona had been to a lot a parties latey, late night ones. The hosts had Playstation 2's every where, and Winona couldn't get enough! We know all about the risks of games though. We don't go near them, there's too many buttons, and we keep dropping the controller."
These games are on the relatively 'safe' Playstation 2. Worse cases are feared when the 'Nintedo Gamecube' arrives in the country. Games like Luigi's Mansion and Pikmin have already had terrible effects in the USA, where vacuum cleaner related injuries have risen by 25%, and children have been found in gardens in trance-like states, trying to control the plants.
Gordon Bennett from childrens charity SPONG (Society for the Protection Of iNfants from Games) gave the following warning "Parents, do all you can for the children. Don't lose them to the evil ways of gaming. Lock up their consoles, and send them out into the streets at night instead. I urge you to go into your childrens rooms now, and burn their consoles."
The Sun had planned to carry a similar article, but replaced it at the last minute with an article entitled "Breast of British, Which Brits have the best t**s?"

Perhaps the most alarming thing is that they probably would.
