I have VIP + hosting package and have successfully installed and tried Joomla, I now wish to delete this folder, I have tried through my freeola account and FTP (filezilla) but cannot change file permissions to delete the template folders?
Any help would be appreciated...
think i am going mad looking for the obvious.

Hi Mailmanuk and welcome to the Freeola forums!

I can't offer any help for your issue I'm afraid! :¬)
But if your query ends up being 'account specific' it might be best to ask Freeola support directly.
