Can anyone tell me that if you go through the game collecting every package as you progress that the first phone mission on shore side will still be accessable because i dont want to go through the whole game again just to make sure that i have gotten all of the hidden packages!

no i read it somewhere but i have a packages guide but i cant be bothered going back through it so i have started again so i can 100% it but thanks for the help.

Theres a GTA3 walkthrough in UKWalkthroughs, I posted it and it has all the locations of every package plus a few more. Check it out and see it you have every package.

Why wouldnt the phone mission be unavailable if you collect all the packages?
