But will/is Max Payne as good as the PC version, on the PS2 and X-box?? Surely not!
PS2 version - First of all, you have a pad that's hard to use, and Sony fans have been presented with a game that's new to them, and is unlike anything they've ever played before. So Sony can only help that this game will sell well due to it's PC populerity, even though it may not have quite the same effect. Max Payne is a reason why people will buy a PS2, as they cannot afford to upgrade their PC.
X-box version - Yes, it's also a Microsoft machine, and it therefore has similar capabilities to the PC. The gtraphics look brilliant, and as it's a console, it should be the same game, but without the problems found and upgrades needed to keep it running smoothly. The X-box pad is big, but it's still no PC and mouse.
GameCube version - Nah, surely not! Even though they're equiped with Sega and Capcom games, this is surely one Shigsy and co. WILL NOT get their hands on!
Have you played both a console and Pc version of Max Payne??? Are there any differences, and what made you choose console over PC??
If you are going to get it I would rent it first just to be sure.
