I can not do the gta3 rampage on shore side where you have to kill 20 cartel with the flame thrower does anyone know how?

Ok, but this can work to your advantage, if they are all bunched up you just wipe 'em all out in one go by spraying them.....as I said make sure you've got full health.

Make sure you've got maximum health as well, ie 100 armour and 125 normal health.....get this from a hooker!
Yes very difficult, like the rampage on Staunton, Kill 20 Yardies with grenades.....took me about 30 attempts!
Try running around aswell, I've noticed sometimes that there is about 10+ of them all stood in a line, makes a huge difference to completing the mission.
Keep plugging away and you'll get there just like Adrian said.

Make sure you've got maximum health as well, ie 100 armour and 125 normal health.....get this from a hooker!

Does anyone know what the crane accepts near the 'collect the car mission' at Portland Docks?
