So bloody cold these days and i think ive been hit with a cold or flu thanks to it all the blackcurrant lemsips... paracetemol's dont work i don't feel right, but I will be on a bit more as usual... if i fall apart well oh well!
Think lemsip has kicked in i felt better....
I overdosed on Orange Juice, no more colds/flu for me... at least that's what i think it was !! :)
Had 7 days of flu one christmas felt whole body ached, felt hot, kept on sneezing couldnt really speak or move :\

Its the blocked nose thats worse. Makes it awkward to get to sleep.
