Only one week since my last post, but I feel like I`ve been away for years. I`ve had a brief scan of the topics below, and have a fair idea of some of the stuff I`ve missed, but I`m looking forward to reading some of the topics and finding out any important info.

The only things I can think of right now include Wipeout Fusion - which I`m absolutely gutted about as I`ve been looking forward to it for over a year, and now its arrived after all its "improvements" its only getting scores like 73%.

Also, I recently bought Final Fantasy, the Spirits Within, which SR sent in perfect condition as usual. Its weird that you can go to WHSmith and buy a DVD, and then get it home to find its only half a disc, or it is a squashed donut or something, and then you order from SR and (so far, touch wood) the discs are always perfect. Please don`t take this as sucking up or anything silly like that, its a serious comment as I`ve never once had any faults with a disc sent from SR.

Anyway, I`m home for a week, and hope to post a little, I`m looking out for stuff like Herdy Gerdy and Final Fantasy 10. Also, to Tarrant and adrian, I`ve finally made over 1 million for a THPS3 move, but how the hell do you guys make 11 million??

Well, thats all, see you in various other threads!

lol! I got the perfect grind cheat last night, and its pointless. Its alright for a bit of fun I guess, but its silly really. Just find a continuous grinding place such as the perimeter of a bowl, and leave it to it. I did a few special jumps to start off, then linked a few grinds, and then finally just left it until golden brown... for 600 million points! Where`s the fun in that?

Never mind. Completed it with 16 carroters now, and have five carroters left. That totals 21 carroters, and I`m told you need 23 carroters for the eyeball, so does that mean you have to complete it with a few custom made carroters?

Going back to Final Fantasy, I`ve now watched it, but my memory is too poor to remember what was or wasn`t there in the original cinema filem. However, in the "joke outtakes" there are a occasional swear words, suggesting that it wasn`t that kind of content that caused cuts to be made. Perhaps the heat of America made the clock hands turn slightly quicker, leading to a four minute difference? :-)

How can they cut 4 mins out. There were a few swear words, but only mild. Maybe due to the film being a PG it gets less. The region 1 is a PG-13 which gives the film that little extra it can get away with e.g. the mild swear words. But 4 mintues is too much considering it wasnt violent e.t.c.

Mine says the run time is 102 minutes, as its the region 2, that figures. Shame about the 4 mins. I haven`t actually watched it yet though, so I don`t know whats is or isn`t there. All I`ve had time to do is watch a few of the features, such as the photo shoot... possibly more than once... and things like Thriller and vehicle comparisons.

How long is the film? I have the region 1 copy and on the back it says 106 mins. But on the UK copy it says 102 mins.
The UK copy is a PG while the region 1 is PG-13.

The cruise ship is a good level. Especially when you drain the pool, and you use it as a half pipe.

I`ve made 1.1, so if I can just double the combo... :-) A lot of work is needed here I think! If there was a rail set up like the airport, but on the cruise ship, then it`d be easy, as once you`ve run out of manual balance and speed, you just lob yourself at the rails and keep hopping about adding to your mutliplier each time.

Quite simple really. Get the low-grav and slow-mo cheats. Then go to a half pipe, jump off and then spin and keep doing tons of tricks. Could get maybe 60 tricks in one jump. Landing can be hard, as if you keep doing the kickflips or shove its e.t.c you may be back logged with them, and you cant land. But its cheating and doesnt count, its just for a laugh. As I said before my mate got 2.5 million and made the landing.

Hmmmm. Something is up with the maths there.

250k x 25 = 6250k

6 million then. Seems less impressive than when I worked it out before! Ah well.

Still, even to have 11 million in the making is brilliant! I can`t imagine how to do that!

However... one thing somebody said has suggested to me that it is possible to get 40 million plus.

A friend is capable of scoring 200,000 in a single vert trick. I can then link that with enough specials to extend the points score to 250k minimum, plus a multiplier of about 25 via reverts, manuals and grinds to finish off. This suggests scores of above 50 million.

One problem though. We can`t put the two together. He can`t keep it all going for huge multipliers, and I can`t do the initial move. I believe this person is an SR user though if you wish to speak with him. Small Froggy I think.

I didnt get 11 million cause I fluffed up the landing. But I was only my friends copy and used the slow-mo and low grav cheats.

My friend has got 2.5 million, which I saw him do and he has said he nearly got 3 million but landed on his face.
