For the second time this week Mario is in the spotlight, this time for his ‘Bad influence’.
Water pistols have always been a matter of great debate (as of their safety) but in recent weeks kids up and down ‘Isle Delphino’ have been intrigued and excited by the prospect of an automated- self shooting pistol going by the name of FLUDD.
Taking advantage of this unseen market more FLUDD machines have been mass-produced and sent out for commercial resale.
Mario (In the news recently over his split with Peach leading to severe drinking binges) has been a local and national hero with adults and children alike, being known and loved for his nice-guy attitude (for parents) and respected by kids for his way with girls (Peach until recently) but in the latest of his ‘escapades’ he was to be accused of covering the island with graffiti and then redeeming his good natured reputation y getting rid of it with FLUDD and even capturing the real culprit.
However in eradicating the graffiti Mario unwittingly unleashed a new craze among kids… Water Pistols.
A few hours ago police discovered the bedraggled body of an Isle Delfino resident who had been savagely attacked by a group of youths with FLUDD machines, the group (estimated at about 5-7 14-17 year old) left the old lady with ripped clothes, wet and launched a few feet into a nearby ditch. Although the woman is now recovering with a hot water bottle at her house on the coast parents and local MPs are furious at this and are blaming Mario for this.
As if his life couldn’t get any worse Mario is now facing his reputation in tatters once more and a possible court case against him being launched by the outraged adults. The group from Delfino say they will ‘Follow it thoroughly’ making sure Mario ‘Gets what is coming to him’.
It would seem that the disgruntled parents are now placing the blame squarely on Mario’s plump shoulders. Will he win the battle? And if he does will he win the war with depression?
I’m Rapid Fire, we will have more news when we can be bothered. GOODNIGHT!
p.s - buttons to press...lots of pretty buttons
