Gone is the ordering of the replacement screens.
Gone is the fiendish angles that we had to endure (Unless you had an AB) to actually see the screen.
Gone is the Sega Gamegear-ish design.

Its the "fold-upness" and lithium battery that are exciting. The backlit screen is a bonus.
