ok ive been involved with nintendos customer service 3 times now, and i must say that its one of the best ive seen.
first time was ages ago with just a snes controller, sent it away, was back in about 5 days, and it was a brand new one, with a letter saying sorry.
second was with no mercy, on the n64, i had one of those carts which was unsaveable, but had blood in it. I told nintendo first, being young and stupid, and they sent it to thq, and i got a brand new one...ok it was only partly nintendo, but in some cases the companies give it back to me cause they cant be bothered to send it else where.
third, was with my GC it was crashing every 5 secs, sent it on tuesday, got it back to day, looks the same, just with a sticker on the back saying its tested, but it works fine, but i have no idea what they did :S
also off topic, did anyone else get starfox in an EA PS2 case :S

No.... but I got mine from Amazon, it must be different.
