What i done was to break through the pane of glass (in the area where there is 3 panes on the wall) and move out onto the fire escape. There are 2 tommy guns here. Now just aim your guns at the pane of glass you broke, and shoot anyone trying to get through.
The only one i cant do is "If im ugly, you smell".

Anyway, just stand where you nab the double tommy guns, either on the stage or where Aufie said (Change your name to Aufie :D) and just strafe for your life.

It's not too hard, just go to the entrance of the casino (where you first enter on the single player) and get the two tommy guns. Then go back to the area with the panes of glass on either side where some health is. Hold out there, and aim at their heads, and get the health when it respawns if you need it ;)
That's the only one I need to do. GRAGH!!! I can't get a gold in the virus one's either, the only one's which I haven't got them in so far, (except the monkey one).
