Why do I always miss a dogtag (NO. 21) in deck D of the crews quarters, I got them off all the guys in the area. is there something Im missing?
If you complete the game you get European Difficulty, Right? I got it during the game on my first ever go.

Any guards that attack you in alert mode are nameless cannon fodder, and there's an endless supply of them too. It's only the regular guards who will have dog tags. Surely you know that you can see if they have dog tags or not by using the thermal goggles or the scope?
If you go into alert mode, a few guys come running, but I dont know if they have dog tags because when you try to hold them up, they pull a sneeky wee move and attack you the cheeky wee cyants.
I've only spotted this guy twice, and I've never been able to get him (if it's the one I'm thinking of). When you walk into the canteen he'll appear on the radar outside, walk down the stairs, and boom - he's gone.
