I think it was you...

Remember back in the summer, didn't you mention a device in the works to let you play Snes games on a GBA.
Any news on that at all?
Could the GBA manage Snes games?

You see, Donkey Kong Country on the Gameboy colour wasn't half as good as the Snes version and my Snes emulator is too crap to play Metroid properly...

Does anyone know of any adaptor to let the GBA play Snes games?

There is one flaw though, this system would have to add 2 extra buttons.
The GBA has 2 less buttons than the Snes pad.

It's do-able, but will it be done?

Buys one keg.

Chugs it.

Buys another keg.

Finishes that.

Buys another keg.

Baths in it.

Buys a can of beer.

...

...

Cannot open it.

Well, I'd guess that the chief idea is that you use your GBA to play SNES games ON THE GAMECUBE! After all, with no carts port on the console, you can't play snes games via a converter... so it'll have to be done through the GBA into a GC

I know *to the lengths of my knowledge* that Datel are developing a gadget that sticks in the top. They however have a few concerns. Mainly that it would cost quite a bit to buy such a thing.

Also, go and hold a SNES cartridge up against the GBA... yeah.. I think you have now seen the second problem.

So, as far as I know, (I will phone and ask more in the next few days) it still is in development. And no it doesn't happen to every man.

Good good. :) Hope that helped.

You would gave to have a SNES game which is the same size as your GBA stuck out of it, the SNES cart may be even bigger than the GBA.
