I'd like to see some kind of retribution device for those multiplayer sessions. Whoever loses gets some kind of physical payback, like an electric shock (small or large, but preferably not lethal), or a big old squirt of water (maybe not such a good idea in conjunction with electrical equipment, might just end up being the lethal version of the shock one really) or how about a slap from a big orange tango-esque hand.
Of course really bad players might lose the plot and go mad, trashing your console and your home before turning on you and your friends. I'd advise a good insurance policy.

How 'bout a smoke-pack? On driving games, or any game in which you use a piece of equipmment that might blow up, it would create more smoke depending upon how much damage you took. Do you remember the way that in Grand Theft Auto the more you crashed into the worse your car would get, until it exploded? Well with a smoke-pack you'd get to see just how bad it was, as there would be smoke coming from it!
