I think it would be great if they combined two consoles together.Like the PC & the Playstation.It would be the same screen as the PC but instead of the Tower of the PC have the Playstation but be able to store things like the PC.

Microsoft have made a few games, and at the moment they're making a big big RPG (it's big). It looks pretty good too, though i think not as good as Neverwinter Nights will be, and it's a similar looking kind of game... Of course the reason Microsoft don't make games much is because of the concentrating on enhancing their software (operating systems, multimedia packages and all sorts) or making new stuff. Money can buy you love, you just gotta talk to the right people (SATAN Enterprises for example can get you anything you want, but they use a different currency called $oul$ i think...).

Playstation though, lets you play games using the emulator woithout downloading roms, just playing the games in cd drive.

The one thing that could possibly make the X-Box great is if it was invented by a gamer. Does anyone know if Bill Gates has actually played any games? If so, what platform does he use? What genre does he like. He will go down in computing history for helping to develop the 1K BASIC programming language that brought computing into the hands of ordinary mortals everywhere, but in the gaming world, can he kick it? (Don't think he can)
Like the expert at golf, who tries his hand at snooker. Although Microsoft may have a good reasoning with software, and even some games, money can't buy everything (love for example, and you need a lot o' loving to make a console.)

You can already buy kit for the PC that allows you to play PSX games on it anyway, so that's been done. Id' personally like to see consoles die out altogether so we can concentrate on making the PC smaller, more powerful, cheaper, and more widely available to the public. Games developers use PC's to create their games for consoles anyway. Cut out the consoles and you save a) a lot of money, b) a lot of time, c) make Sony and Nintendo and Sega very unhappy.

I think what you are refering to is actually a PC. It plays good games, hell, most of the games on the playstation are on the PC as well, and with better graphics. (Whats to bet someone will argue against this...) The difference would be price of course, but thats it.
