Why is it that almost every computer game show that has a competition that you enter by phone, costs 60p a minute. Who enters these competitions? Its a rip off, unless you win the prize of course.
I never enter competitions which have a cost of a phone call in, because they are expensive and the chance of winning is slim. They ask an easy question to get all the calls in, getting them money. I don't fall for that. Instead, I only enter free competitions and I've won 3 WWF videos (yes, in a row!). If you can call Gameaday a competition (it is in spirit), then that will be added to the list when I win (if I win, of course ;))

But that's the point. You pay 60p/£1.00 to them (about 250 people do it) (that means they get at least £250) and they never really give out a prize. I mean has anyone ever won?
Sadly, these adverts crop up all the time on Codejunkies Magazines and videos.

Gamenetwork on Sky is full of these adverts. Its blo*dy annoying. I think they have more time allocated for adverts than for actual programs.
