Ah... they learned my plan... my dumb old sister clicked on that dude your hardive is too small 'ocs she liked the writing!!!

is that really true i know it souns stupid but i just want to know.

I hate all these Pop-ups that appear. Really gets on my nerves.

Yeah, those ad's are just to scare new computer/internet users into buying their software.

I'd love to see someones reaction to that if they were a total newbie, and it was the first time they'd seen it.

That would be funny.

I hate the pop ups with this wording that say 'WARNING: Your computer is broadcasting an IP address that wil allow hackers to steal your passwords'

The ad doesn't evem test if you are, I'm not 'cause they're all stealthed by a software program - note to anyone who gets broadband; get firewall software.

Funnily enough, this reminds me something a friend said years ago at uni. We were in the library and there was a sign saying "Warning, purse thiefs operate in this area" and he goes, "lucky I've got a wallet then....".
