I just heard a radio ad for the Fabric Warehouse, they listed all ofthe things they had, and finshed with "There's a play-area for children, and newspapers for men."

Because real men don't look at fabric, and the good people at the Fabric Warehouse know this.

Still I think they should have game consoles for men.

Yeah goatboys right after knock the seven shade of brown out of jacques on tekken you can use the powers of international dance to say: you suck, me rule, you suck, me rule untill your legs are tired.

Ahh yes, as is the 'In Your Face' dance that is commonly witnessed.

Ah, but the universal "It's your birthday" dance when you defeat an opponent (hands in front and make circle motions with arms) needs no words to communicate that you just whupped Johnny Foreigner at a game.

I believe most rude signs to be an international language.

Whenever we get onto this topic I remember the time I went shopping with my missus one satuday afternoon.

She said she only wanted a couple of things (that should have set alarm bells off, but I was young and niave at the time) and she promised me we'd be back by three so I could watch the football, an England game it was.

However, I'm sure you can guess what happened.

We start at midday, at 4 o'clock we go back to the first shop and she buys the first thing she'd tried on, with a little, "Oh, look at the time, we missed the football" and an innocent expression on her face.

Gnah!

Still at least you can make rude signs at the french without them knowing what they mean.

Ahh yes I shall be taking mine to Cardiff Airport 2 weeks today to catch a flight back home to Paris.

But I shall be going with her so I will be repeating my usual weekend scenario in a place I dont know too well (ie - dont know whare the video game shops are) and a language I can barely speak.

Life sucks, eh?

Not me mate, I take mine to Heathrow tonight and then 3 weeks of doing exactly what I want.
Which means online gaming, DVDs and playing Silent Hill 2 with my mate, instead of going over to hers all weekend.

But, on the other hand, if I didn't have a partner, I'd be moaning about that and wishing I didn't spend all my time on gaming.

Odd world.

I hate shopping with anyone apart from me or maybe my cousin because they drag you into all the shops you don't want to go into. All when all you want to spend 10 mins looking at the games they drag you off to the rubbish they buy.

We always seem to get back to this topic on a Friday..
