Too right. GP Challenge is one good game, and six does nothing to justify its greatness. Anyway, it's true what Shadow said about it being about hype - just look at the GTA3; no hype, screenshots, and "only" got an 8. A ten was expected after the popularity of the first one. It was the same with Edge Magazine, who gave GTA3 a 6 (but "corrected" it to an eight, claiming it was a typo), the Vice City with an eight.
It's a conspiracy I tell you!
Is it a case of "Why we'd leave it - because we want you all to buy the official Sony F1 game instead"....? I reckon it must be.

so in other words the exact same thing as FFX's battle system? Long memories the writers of this mag have. Thank god i don't spend £5.49 or however much it costs now on this rag.
> Turn based fighting is the work of the devil
I don't understand this either. For me turn based battles are a hell of a better option then the sort of Kingdom Hearts battle system. Your thumb can only manage a certain period of time of mashing the x button madly before feeling sore but at least with the TBBS you can take your tiem and develop some sort of strategy. Although my favourite battle system has to be the one used in the Vandal Hearts games and Final Fantasy Tactics. Now that's the thinking mans battle system not the mindless hack and slash of Kingdom Hearts and others. (That's what spoiled that game for me)
