My assignment asks me to fill in a table with details of Video For Memory.
for all the Screen Resolutions (e.g. 640 X 480, 800 X 600 etc) and colour depths for each resolution (4, 8, 16, 24) I have to find out the No. of Colours, Bytes used and Practical Memory used!!!
If that makes sence to anyone, could you point me in the direction of a Web Site :o)
Thank you.
1024 bytes (1024) = 1 kilobyte (1kb)
1024 kilobytes (1024kb) = 1 megabyte (1mb)
1024 megabytes (1024mb) = 1 gigabyte (1gb)
but could someone tell me instead how to convers memory in bytes, such as 307,200 or 153,600 into practical memory, like 512kb and 256kb
Thank you once again :o)
