Nintendo have made too many pokemon games . I mean who would buy 6 diffrent games when it is all in 2 games . I mean gold and crystal you can go in 2 diffrent worlds but the releses of gold,silver and crystal it makes red,blue and yellow a complete waste of time when they could have made the effort into Johoto form....... ......... ............. ........... ........... ........... .......... .......... ........... .......... ....... ............. .......... ......... .......... ....... . ......... ........... ........... ........ ........ ........ ......... ......... ........ ....... ......... ...... ........ ........ ....[ Not that i hate the games i just think it is a handful for young gamers ].

This may be a cynical view but isn't pokemon's catchphrase, "Gotta Catch em all." I don't know that much about psychology but doesn't that make people especially young children want to "catch" all the games. Nintendo know that some people will always buy all the versions, and probably most people in this forum have got most or all of the games. People collect all the cards, stickers and other merchandise and this includes the games. One reason for this is that they can boast about how they got all the cards/stickers/games before anyone else.

So my reply is yes, there are too many games.

You're not meant to buy Red AND Blue AND Yellow.
You're meant to buy Red OR Blue OR Yellow.

Likewise with the second set.

You're supposed to buy Gold OR Silver OR Crystal, not Gold AND Silver AND Crystal.

You buy one, your friends buy the others and you can trade between them!
And anyone stupid enough to buy Red, Blue and Yellow (because ANYONE can tell you that you're not meant to buy ALL of them), deserves to be ripepd off!
