My PS2 has blown up.
Well not totally. It won't read PSone discs or the blue CD PS2 games.
Only had it fixed five maybe six months ago.

This does infact, lick balls.

I had to get my PS2 sent off to Sony a year and a half after the warrenty ended after the DVD drive broke, somehow.

Thing is, they didnt actually charge me anything, at all. Even the express delivery van was free. So i guess it depends who you speak to and what they say.

Maybe i got lucky and didnt have to pay. Maybe you will.

All you need to do is clean the CD lense and it'll work fine. Don't pay some punk ar-se company to do 5 minutes of work on it.

Won't having your PS2 fixed at Micromart mean your seal/sticker thing will be broken?

I doubt they'll honour the deal if they think your PS2 has been messed with.

Yeah, even when the warranty has run out.

If it didn't run out you wouldn't have to pay 65 big ones would you.

Hey, just ring this number (08705 998877 - Sony helpline) tell them your problem and they should hopefully sort you out with a good repair or exchange PS2 deal for 65 quid, which is obviously a bargain rather than getting a full priced one.

And judging from what happened after getting it repaired the last time, I would pay for an exchange if I were you.

They sorted my problems out no bother.
