Well if the PCI graphics card is better than the one you're using > yes.

PCI graphics cards are just like any other graphics cards as far as I know, they're just a different shape.

Considering I already have a 32mb Riva TNT2.

You could get a GF4 TI 4200 for around £130 now.

If you can afford it try and get a new motherboard so that an AGP slot is available. If you want the best graphics for the future you'll have to do it at some point.

Almost every motherboard you can buy these days comes with an AGP slot.
