Final Fantasy 10, but thats a PS2 exclusive as well os does it matter ? Ocarina of Time was, and I know this sounds obvious, Zelda 3D. Zelda was good, about 8 or so years ago on the SNES.

Saying that, Konami obviously haven't felt the need to include it in MGS2 either.
