I like games which are massive, like FFX, but not repetitive like Star Fox. Also guns would be useful.
Zelda: Ocarina of Time
A button-bashing 4-player game of Dead or Alive with a voluptuous bouncy-breasted vixens of ill-repute.
I like to do that in strategy games like AOE2 as well. Me and my cousins used to play multiplayer on C&C and we all agreed not to attack eachother for 2 hours or so.
By the time we started attacking eachother, we all had excellent armies and bases. Great fun. :-)

One of my fave games of all time has to be Age of Empires 2: Age of Kings.
Once you really get into a massive game, you just can't pull away from it, it really is that absorbing and engrossing.
I used to spend hours and hours playing out one massive war. Yeah. It truly does rock.
