I have watched some films and played Vice City so many times and came up with some ideas that may improve the GTA franchise.
. There should be more weapons than Vice and GTA3 put together.
. In each Ammu-nation, there should be all of the guns in every one,
for example, you can buy a shotgun in one ammu-nation and go short on
ammo, you can go to the nearest one and buy the same gun for more ammo.
. Whatever type of firearm you have (except for heavy weapons, of course),
you can shoot over the handlebar.
. When you enter the Pay n' spray, you have the choice to have either
repair or respray.
. You should be able to choose the colour of your choice when you respray.
. The new earned clothing from missions should also be delivered at all
your hideouts aswell as being delivered to the certain location.
. Sunshine Autos should come back, if you enter, you can purchase cars if
it's really neccessary, if it does return, you get 2 extra garages that
can fit 4 vehicles in each.
. Civilians should travel by helicopter aswell as you, and when they land
at their location, you should be able to hijack it.
. Rafaels and Collar and Cuffs clothing should return and you can enter
the shop and choose what suit you would like to wear insted of wearing
the one given to you.
. There should be bullet-time, Max Payne style.
. There should be a mission where you do a Fast And The Furious type of
race, where you have to take a regular car, park it into the back of
Sunshine Autos, tune your car up and enter the
race and after the mission is complete, you can go back again and tune
up the car that you have parked in.
. The radio stations should have all kind of music (classic, rap, r n' b,
garage, pop).
. You should be able to blow body parts off with whatever shotgun you have
using the D-pad or the analog stick along with holding the R1 button and
see that certain body part just wiggle on the ground.
. When you take one shot at someone with a shotgun, you can take more than
one shot at them but only below the neck, so you can shoot someone's
hand off, then aim for the arm, then repeatedly shoot the chest until
they drop or till you reload.
If they kneel down, they get 10 seconds to live or you can take one more
shot at them with whatever gun you have.
. All windows should be smashable and shootable, like you can shoot the
driver through the back window.
. There should be an in-car view where you can see the windows get smashed
infront and all over you, shoot through the windows and when you run

when you hit someone with it in the head, they'll be killed instantly

And so yet another GTA game will come out with little basic change.....
Perhaps but the series has gone on too long already and if they were going to try and make it better it should be set in London and you should be able to fly rabbits.
They're not bad ideas, but the companies never seem to care what we think (even though we buy their products). I think it should be set in a "mock" Los Angeles or Rio de Janeiro.
