hi i have heard of boot discs for the ps1&2 just like the dreamcast if there is such a thing could anyone please let me know and where to get one thank you

There isn't. Either your PS2/PSone is nakered or you're trying to play copied games on a shoddly chipped console(I think) you dirty pirate you.
