You heard this before "footage not-ingame"? is this a new low for the games industry in its attemptto sell any old crap to the most number of people? how do you even know as a example Harry Potter game is even remotely based on the book or Film? Would you go and see a film having seen a trailer warning: " footage not in film", or buy any product that disclaimed that the object in the box was not advertised on the outside? Some gamers of the world might fall to this Evil Ploy experience gamers wont fall for this.

More importantly, how do you know that even if it is based on the film or book, it will actually be worth playing?
