Excuse my ignorance but how does £715 a year equate to just over £2 a week?
715 / 52 = £13.75
Even if you take out the price of the PS2 and controllers etc it still works out at more than £2 a week.

Exactly, you can't compare a pair of jeans from your local market to those from Next for example.
I'm perfectly allright with the costs. It seems pricey, but you get your moneys worth.
