Yes and you heard it here 'FIRST'.

This information is taken off the Japanese site'-
'Gamecube Inside'.

1. Half Life is possibly on its way to Gamecube!
After speaking to some Half Life head honcho, the man expressed delight with the system.
The Japanese translation is as follows( It isn't great Translation).

""A "half life" appears in a game cube!?

While Mr. Randy pitch FODO of Gearbox Software interviewed, the intention to say that he wants to develop a "half life" for NGC(s) was clarified.

(2002/01/20)

Gearbox which developed the Dreamcast version "a half life" etc. Mr. Randy pitch FODO who is the first-in-a-roll programmer of Software is X-Treme. The intention to say that he wants to develop a "half life" for game cubes in an interview with Gaming Radio was clarified.

"A game cube has [ I ] a game cube and XBOX especially is favorite. Do you want to make this hard and new play truly? It is the bottom time without being surprised, even if the "half life" of new work will appear by the game cube in the future. It was what [" / a thing ]. Since Mr. Randy pitch FODO is taking out also with E3 last year the comment of "examining developing a game cube title", he is the pleasure which may be able to carry out gas. This interview is uploaded as an MP3 file to Jeux-france (probably it is French).

The "half life" carried out winning 50 or more prizes all over the world by FPS which caused the 1 large boom by the beautiful image and the precise scenario etc. When this game has largest network play population the whole world over, is it? So that many derivation games which made the engine of this "half life" existed and it became famous from the head family, such as a "counter strike." "

2 Then we hear that the title Dinosaur Planet has been dropped altogether, on the site it gives us the new logo with the Dinosaur planet name completely absent, With only-Starfox Adventures as the title.

Translation follows:

""They are two kinds of LOGO of the "star FOKKUSU adventure" which a rare company is developing. Therefore, although it is troubled whatever it may be said, since it is a NETA piece, please allow.

"Star FOKKUSU adventure"
A putting on the market on the market agency: Nintendo A developing agency: Rare company
Sale day: The spring of 2002 Price: 6800 yen

They are two kinds of LOGO of the "star FOKKUSU adventure" which a rare company is developing. Therefore, although it is troubled whatever it may be said, since it is a NETA piece, please allow. It seems that the "DAINASO planet" was removed and the direction of a title incidentally only became a "star FOKKUSU adventure." Having been developed by ‚Í original KYARA from the first N64 is forgotten away.

The sale day is to be called spring. It is postponed also in North America at the 24th half year. Is it glad if it will enter around April when the schedule of a title is not contained yet?""

Translations not to great I know, there is other news such as the European release of the Gamecube being March and the Site seems fairly confident that the system will see a release in Europe in that month.
I didn't include it here as it seems to take its news from what we have heard before on Ceefax and even on Gamesradar.co.uk.
There is other things too, like some sort of 'War'game on it's way to the Cube plus up-to-date sales figures showing Super Smash Bros Melee selling 900,000 odd copies and retaining a postion at number 1 holding off PS2 titles such as Booster Cd Grand Turismo Concept.

But to see the 'NEW'Starfox adventures logo and to keep updated with the Japanese news, go to the site .
Note: Unless you can speak Japanese, you'll need some sort of translation software browser.
It's worthwhile.
