PS2 As Standard
The motor company VW has announced today that the Playstation 2 will come as standard as a accesory in their famous VW surf/hippy vans. It was announced after customers commented that it would be a good asset to add to the van because it would allow them to play their favourite games on long boring journeys. One customer said "This is totally awesome man, now on those tiring journeys we can sit back and play our fave game 'Surfing H30' how awesome is that!"
It is also said that the PS2's will come in 2 unique colours. A spokesperson for VW said "For the more cool hippy type people we have a pink PS2 on offer but for those surfing dudes the PS2 will come in a nice silver and blue matalic colour. Not only are these colours unique but they are also very rare. You won't see these flying out your local Dixons store."
The PS2 fitted VW's will be released later this year. Order one now before they're all snapped up.
Mum, I've lost my Gamecube
Distrort child Ben Derz wepped yesterday after he revealed that his gran had swallowed his Gamecube. The young German boy told PS2World.vze.com that he had just come home from school when he met his mum and gran who were sat in the garden eating buns and drinking cofee. Then to his absolute horror he saw his gran pick up his Gamecube on her spoon (thinking it was a sugar lump) and stir it around in her coffee. Then within a few seconds it had gone, forever.
Safety messages have been put all of the Gamecube boxes stating 'Not suitable for those over the age of 60 as this IS a small part'.
One good thing came out of this though. When Ben revealed to his gran that Super Mario was the game inside his Game cube she said "Marvelous! I was having trouble with me dietry system, heh heh...heh.....and now Mario can sort me plumbing out!"
'Super Mario: Laxative Bros' has been announced by Nintendo. It is to be released on Gamecube next year.
Toshiba: "We will sue X-box"
Electronics company Toshiba announced that they are going to sue Microsoft due to the design of the X-Box. Toshiba claim the design of Microsofts next Gen console is a exact replica of their 1992 model VCR. "Microsoft have clearly copied the design of our VCR. The only difference we could find was that X-Box was slightly bigger. Other than that it is our design just with a green bubble and a CD drive stuck on it" - Toshiba spokesperson.
During a interview with this same spokesperson I was driven to so much frustration that i eventually had to storm out. Well do you expect me to stay when he tells me he is going to sue me because I sit in the same positions as he does?
Thanks for reading
> i think that x-box does look like a vcr....anyone else?
Nah! it's more of an oversized breezeblock! still must be handy for a doorstop, it would keep the drafts out too!
