Thanks to Tphi, for helping me with remembering names of people. :D

Imagine all of Nintendo's most famous characters, all living in one small village. They'd work as a community, helping each other out and putting something into the village life. Let's look at some of the members of the Ye Olde Nintendo Community.

Mario

Now, it's not too hard to imagine what Mario would be. Yep, the local plumber. Helping people when their water pipes bust, or when their sink clogs, Mario would be there, with a ratchet of a plunger, helping out. When he isn't plumbing, he would be the owner of Mario's Speedy Pizza, delivering the best pizzas to the village members. Warning: Mushrooms have been known to cause gigantism.

DK

DK, after his world-renown book about Bananas, opted to become the village greengrocer. Here, you can find all manners of vegetables, fruit, and his specialty, Gm bananas. They will feed you for a week, and cost *less* than normal bananas! Since he is also the strongest in the village, he would become the local contractor, sorting out collapsing Mushroom houses and repairing Peach's castle time and time again.

Peach

Peach, after winning the bake-off contest, was voted for the local Parish treasurer. She looks after all the money that goes to help the community, and is in charge of organising the fundraisers. Don't forget, February 12th is the annual Pikmin plucking contest!

Captain Olimar

Captain Olimar is the local Gardener. He's in charge of watering, picking and caring for the Pikmin, the piranha plants and Wispy the tree from the Kirby series. Every year, in the summer, the local Watermelon judging contest begins. Captain Olimar, since he is known across the universe as Mr. Pikmin, is set to win for his third consecutive year. Good luck to him!

Dr Mario

How two Mario's appear in the same village is beyond us, but if it's good enough for Super Smash bros. Melee, then it's good enough for us. Anyway, after last years winter flu epidemic, Dr Mario has prepared even more Megavitamins to ensure the safety and well-being of the local village people. Peach, when she isn't occupied with fundraising activities, is the local Nurse, swabbing cream on the village people's rears, giving them flu shots and preparing the medicine that Dr. Mario prescribes. All in all, it's a very good service, with little or no waiting time at all!

Toad

Toad is the local policeman. With his trusty dog Poochie (From Yoshi's story) they sniff out crime and evil deeds. Their main target is Wario, who earlier announced that he was in possession of a lethal chemical, a poison, that would turn all the normal mushrooms into poison mushrooms. Luckily, Toad was able to stop him. Unfortunately, as he was going up to receive his prize, he couldn't see over the pedestal, and had to pass on his speech.

Samus

Samus is the village Butcher. Her knowledge of creatures is fantastic! Never before has a Metroid Joint tasted so succulent. It's a wonder why we ever did eat Lon-Lon cow beef in the first place! Apparently, the Leg of Space Pirate is also meant to be quite good…

Link

Link is the local Farmer. He's in charge of Lon-Lon farm, after he married Malon. He's also the local Stable buck, caring for Epona and the other horses. Link is also a good example of the community spirit. The horse manure is sent to Captain Olimar, who uses it on the Pikmin, enhancing their abilities.

You see, Nintendo has such an array of characters, they all piece together brilliantly. Helping each other out in the community is the number one priority, and it's all thanks to Shigeru and other such members of Nintendo, because without them, you'd be bored stiff.

Thanks for reading

Fantastic idea! Imagine that! A community of Nintendo characters for Animal Crossing 2! How amazing would that be?

Another top quality post, Microchips :D.
