I bought a Graphics card in August of last year. Now my PC has been crashing ever since and I have now only just come to the fact that it is actually the GPU that is the fault. Now they said that they will only repair it and that this will cost me for postage and take 4-6 weeks. Now This is surely unacceptable.

Now surely if it has been faulty since I bought it would this mean it was Dead on Arrival and that I should get a full refund?

I would be very grateful for any advice that you could give me in this matter.

P.S. I have tried updating drivers and everything like that, it is deffinately a hardware fault.

I got a faulty hard drive from Special Reserve, honestly.

It kept deleting drivers and after a month it dies. I sent it back and they gave me a brand new one, bless 'em.

Is their customer support line a freephone number?

If so, just ring them and argue until they give in. If they don't give in, keep arguing and making vague threats about the small claims courts and business reputations.
