Now surely if it has been faulty since I bought it would this mean it was Dead on Arrival and that I should get a full refund?
I would be very grateful for any advice that you could give me in this matter.
P.S. I have tried updating drivers and everything like that, it is deffinately a hardware fault.

It kept deleting drivers and after a month it dies. I sent it back and they gave me a brand new one, bless 'em.

If so, just ring them and argue until they give in. If they don't give in, keep arguing and making vague threats about the small claims courts and business reputations.
