The Sims was a classic, great fun and some nice ideas. Hats off to Will Wright. Unfortunately, it wasn't very long lasting and the shoddy expansion packs released ruined the franchise, generating a lot of hate for the game.
Shame really. An idea wasted.

Nothing makes the Sims even remotely good, let alone great. And new features? how about game-play for a start.
Nothing makes it great and I'd like to add a virus to it, where, whenever you're people move, one f your files are instantly deleted, which would stop EA churning out so many sequels.
