A blonde was walking down the side of a river when she seen another blonde at the other side.
She shouted over "Hey! How do I get to the other side! There's no bridge or anything!!"
THe other blonde looked up and down the river confused, and the shouted back, "DUH!! You ARE on the other side!!"

The clock doesn't strike 16:00. That number does not exist on an analogue clock, hence will not be struck.

Wrong, in this sense, it is a noun, and all nouns begin with a capital letter, if it was being used as a describing word, then it would be blonde, with a small b.
