Yeah, the game is pretty weak, and yeah, the 'adult content' is only funny if you are 13, but it still has the right to be here, and is working towards the next generation.
The problem with this specific game is two fold.
Firstly, the 'adult content' promised was very poor. A bit of bad language and boobs do not really constitute adult content in this day and age, maybe when the Confessions films were going about, but not any more. The game was slated for not being what it promised.
Secondly, and more importantly, the game was cheddar. Rough around the edges, graphically weak and nowhere near a comparison to Tony Hawk and chums.
But, had it fulfilled our wishlists in both decent gamesplay and content, this would have been a step forward for the games industry.
Until games are universally issued law-enforced age limits, many games that are aimed at the adult audience (for violence reasons) will be tamed by the sensors before release. By releasing a game specifically with this content it is signalling to the censors that some consenting adults want this kind of content in a game, and maybe look into the laws bieng tightened.
