Yes. I. Hate. You.

And you.

And you too.

What am I talking about? Simply the 'Film-Spoilers' of the world. Everytime I try to sit down and watch a film that somebody else has I get told what's going to happen. It's very, very annoying.

I'm sure everyone's experienced the hell of trying to watch a video or DVD with someone's who seen it. But it seems to happen to me ALL the time. Not just 'once in a while'.

All of you are bad, you film spoiling... people. But there are two types of film spoilers. Subtle spoilers and hardcore spoilers.

Subtle spoilers just seem to say that something is going to happen, without going into much detail.

Things like 'Oh, this is a brilliant bit' or 'What happens in this is... oh, I won't tell you' seem to be the most common. They're SO annoying.

Picture the scene. You're watching a film, maybe an action film, or a horror film, it doesn't really matter. The tension is building as some kind of atmospheric scene starts. You're slowly getting further and further towards the edge of your seat. You're on the very edge when... 'Oh, this bit's really good'. You fall off your seat and hurt your head. Not that that's happened, but it'd be annoying.

The hardcore spoilers now. They explain exactly what happens; the plot, what's gonna happen next and the end of a joke before it's finished. VERY annoying.

Mostly when the film is in the middle of a joke it's the worst. Especially jokes you're not epecting. 'This is great, the guy walks in there and says that then does whatever' is the kinda thing I'm talking about.

But what's worst is the poisoning. They've poisoned my mind. I've started it. Well once.

I was watching a film I had seen but my family hadn't then came out with 'This bit is good' then I realised what I did and slapped myself with a wet kipper until the gills cut my face.

So, I declare every film spoiler should be chased out of town with a huge flaming stick.

Rant over.

When the sixth sense came out, I was at a pub quiz where one of the teams had their name as the twist from the sixth sense. I hadn't seen it. It spoilt it for me.

I think most people get annoyed at the 6th Sense Spoiler.
Has anyone seen the film and not know what was going to happen?

The stills between the adverts on channel five premeieres are of the final scenes, and completely ruin any plot twists.

It's not as bad as people who tell you the score of sports matches you are planning to watch. That actually completely ruins the whole game every time.

It happened to me whilst watching Scary Movie - This guy basically repeated it line for line as we sat there and let him - I would have revolted, but he had a pellet gun and I wanted to use it.

The thing I hate is when you're watching a film you've already seen with someone who hasn't seen it and they keep asking you what happens next.

In the end the Hulk dies, Neo saves the world (again) but there's a cliff-hanger, and Bob Hoskins gets shot by the micks.

Bring on the sticks.
