Do any of you know of any good sites with info about Vidio Display Standards, for the CGA, EGA, VGA, SVGA, XGA and VESA1280 ... such as Resolution, Colour Depth, Min Refress rates, etc ... as I'm coming up with some really useless
stuff.

At the moment, the video clip is a .avi file, but I can change it if I need to.

Dreamweaver, 1st Page 2000 and Quanta are all very effective at doing this. I couldn't tell you though because I hate it, but that's just me.

Which format? .mov, .qtm, .rm? Depending on your target player/plugin, depends on what happens. Some of them allow you to set the variables to what where and how the movie should be played..
