Has anyone fitted these themselves?
Are they easy to do?

And does anyone know where I can get an Afterburner kit for less than £35?

Oh yeah, and Lik-sang also sell Afterburner fascias that mean you don't need to cut bits off the inside of your case. And they send you stuff with cool stamps on.

I've installed one. It was pretty easy. Some nerve wracking soldering but otherwise fine. Just make sure you don't touch the light AT ALL. The website has got a load of advice about making a clean room out of your bathroom by running the shower for three hours, letting it all dry off and then wearing a boiler suit - avoid those people like the plague.

It's well worth it.

The afterburner is due to drop in price soon because of "high sales, blah, blah, blah" but the actual reason being that now you can buy a Game boy Advance with a light already in it, what's the need for cutting up one?

It's R.R.P. is dropping to $25 in the states.

Do you ever actually give information out, or is your brain a one way street?
