Well i'm sure there's been a few rushed-out-cash-in game releases during the years that are only worth .4 of a game.

Although the first week of

actually, by xmas, US sales were:
Xbox: 1.5million (hitting the target EXACTLY), with 2.4 games sold per console
GC: 1.3million (hitting the target exactly), with a poor 1.9 games per console
