Really am I wrong? I can't be!!
I'm SURE that ANTIDISESTABLISHMENTARIANISM is the longest word in the English Dictionary, I'M SURE OF IT!!
So tell me, am I wrong?

Close - its scar tissue from silica in the lung tissue which eventually stops you being able to btreath properly by restricting your oxygen intact and can eventually cause tumours.

Some say that Floccipoccinihilipilification is the longest as some say that Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanicconiosis shouldn't be included in the dictionary.


Who really cares anyway. Someone ever said them to me in a conversation I would punch them.

No, Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis is the longest word in the English language.

It's a lung disease, caused by the sulphur (I think) in fine silica dust. Volcanic dust to you and me.
