While I agree with the Communist theory, I'm no Communist. Socialist? Yep. But not a Communist. What I find them so great is the ability to
a) sacrifice their social standing for what they viewed as a better way of life, and
b) lead the people in an uprising against their oppressors.
Feel free to draw some form of comparison with Al-Qa'eda, because the situations are very similar, but bin Laden is no Lenin, and Mullah Omar can only dream of being like Trotsky.
I admire them for the reasons behind what they did, not necessarily just what they did.
