Steve Blackman or Rob Van Dam. Although RVD didn't get too many hardcore matches compared to previous champs, he certainly delivered the goods

Dunno about the best, as there have been some great hardcore champions, probably RVD, Steve Blackman, Rhyno or Raven. But the most disapointing has to be The Undertaker.
Technically, the greatest Hardcore champ is the one who has won it the most times. So that would be Crash. :S

Erm, a good point, but seeing as some of his title reigns lasted all of about five seconds...surely it should be the champion who held the belt for the longest time?
