As we all know, Hollywood dominates the film industry. The majority of mainstream cinema is made by Hollywood or has Hollywood funding.
Is the gaming world following the same direction? Lets take a step back for a minute. Japan have been producing some of the most successful consoles and games for years. Although there are many British and American game manufateres, they still fall short of the big Japanesse games.
Take Metal Gear Solid for example. Japanesse. Very Successful. Very Very good. Britain and America yet have to produce such a high profile game.
Don't get mt wrong! i have no problem with the way the game industry works. Like the film industry, as long as some one is feeding me an enjoyable product i will take it (because im ignorant that way).
