Halo was good, BUT is was just too shallow:

- Not enough weapons for a FPS - doesn't the 'S' stand for 'Shooter'....
- Not enough vehicles for a game that boasts about having them
- The first half of the game is original, the second half is going backwards through the first! (if that makes sense)

Hopefully, Halo 2 will have all these problems sorted and it will be a bloody good romp...

It deserves the hype. Halo is one of, if not the best game this generation.

true, but it's made the transition from 2d side scroller adventure to FPS style 3d adventure (with morph ball bits) so well that it plays like a truly great FPS so technically it is and technically it is'nt but I think that it works better than Halo does.
