you can do it in any car except police , amublance and fire brigade cars

i picked one up in a land cruiser and it started bouncing around and when i pressed L2 and R2 to look behind i could see them in the front seat not doing anything strange. also i got another later on and she got in the back and when i did a side view on the car she was just sitting there very odd.
