Ages ago I signed up for for one of your services, one of them had a $9.99 set-up fee.
there was no mention of the set-up fee anywhere when there should have been.
I was sent an e-mail with a bill for $9.99 but I now wish to cancell the services, but I don't have the original e-mail with the account details. I was wandering if you could look them up and cancell my account via my e-mail adress?
If there is a mention of a set-up fee I would love to see where it is.
If I don't see any evidence of where the set-up fee is mentioned I will be sending an e-mail to the trading standards about your company.
