Mouse
Simple, roll it around, the cursor moves.
Its small, light and precise.
Leaves your other hand free for other things!
Can be taken apart and cleaned easily.
However, its boring, only two buttons, and you cant wave it about in the air and still control it.
Controller
Loads of buttons so a range of things can be done with it.
Analogue sticks.
Rumble feature.
Great for action, sports etc. but not too good for strategy.
Needs two hands.
When it breaks, its hard to fix.
Gungs up with sweat!
Well there you go, the fight, but who won? In my opinion mouse rules forever! What do you think?
Odin
If your using a PC and playing games then use the keyboard and mouse if it requires both inputs.
If your playing on a PS2, X-Box, GCube or whatever then use the bloody controller thats been supplied with it, stop faffing around and use whats meant to be used!
I only like using a keyboard for First Person Shooters, hence don't own any for PS2 but own loads for PC.
Surfing the net, doing general computer stuff - mouse.
Actually playing games - controller
