Hmmm... You're confusing me...
Freeola ADSL use the format sr******@adsl.enta.net
You'll find your sr account number in the emails you would have received when you ordered Freeola ADSL. You can also see them in your 'MyFreeola' settings.
But, you also mention DEMON. This is a different provider?
If you are with Freeola and still have a query, then this is the place to ask, but if you are actually with demon.net then perhaps you should try their website?
